HDPE PIPE

High density polyethylene pipes - reliable and long-lasting solution in modern infrastructure systems
HDPE PIPE
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes, produced from high density polyethylene raw material, are one of the most preferred pipe types in modern infrastructure systems with their durability, flexibility and long-lasting structure.
They are safely used in pressurized water, wastewater, seawater, chemical process or drainage lines, in applications requiring leak-tightness and long life. HDPE pipes are thermoplastic in structure and can be joined with butt fusion, electrofusion welding or flanged systems.
PİLSAN, with its long-standing engineering experience, supplies PE100 and PE80 class HDPE pipes from certified manufacturers in accordance with TS EN 12201, ISO 4427 and DIN 8074/75 standards.

PRODUCTION AND MATERIAL PROPERTIES

HDPE pipes are produced as a single piece by extrusion method and show excellent resistance to pressure strength and environmental stress cracking thanks to high molecular density.
