Corrugated pipes are classified according to their ring stiffness value:
| Class | Rigidity | Application Area |
|---|---|---|
| SN 4 | 4 kN/m² | Drainage lines under light load |
| SN 8 | 8 kN/m² | Highway, urban infrastructure, heavy traffic areas |
| SN 12.5 and above | ≥ 12.5 kN/m² | Railway and regions exposed to high fill loads |
Easy transport and installation thanks to lightweight structure
High chemical and corrosion resistance
Long life (50 years and above)
Resistance to settlement and ground movements thanks to flexible structure
Environmentally friendly production with low energy consumption
Manufacturing possibility in wide diameter ranges (DN 100 – DN 3000 mm)
Rainwater and surface drainage systems
Wastewater collection lines
Agricultural drainage systems
Industrial wastewater infrastructure
Highway, tunnel and culvert drainage
Sea discharge lines (spiral wound types)
Temporary or permanent infrastructure crossings
Corrugated pipes are installed with different connection systems according to diameter and production type:
Welded system
(HDPE spiral wound pipes)Flanged connections
(for large diameter systems)Socket/female-male threaded connections
(in PVC systems)All connection systems are made leak-tight with elastomer gaskets compliant with EN 681-1 standard.
Special fittings are used at points where direction change, line junction, level difference or equipment connection is required in corrugated pipe systems. These parts ensure the leak-tightness, strength and hydraulic continuity of the system.
Produced at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° angles. Welded or socket type.
In equal (Equal Tee) or reducer (Reducer Tee) types, provides leak-tight connection of main line with side branch.
Enables corrugated pipes to be joined to each other with gaskets. Gasketed or electrofusion types are available in PVC and HDPE systems.
Used in joining corrugated pipes of different diameters. Produced in concentric or eccentric type.
Used at line ends or temporary closures. Can be welded or gasketed type.
Provides leak-tightness in connection of corrugated pipes to manhole or concrete structure. EPDM gasketed or flanged types are available.
