SPECIAL PIPE AND FITTINGS

High performance polymer pipe systems used in high temperature, corrosive chemicals or special process conditions
SPECIAL PIPE AND FITTINGS
In cases where standard HDPE or PVC systems are insufficient, in high temperature, corrosive chemicals or special process conditions, pipe and fitting systems produced from different thermoplastic materials are preferred.
These materials are high performance polymers such as PP, PVDF, PVC-C, ECTFE, PFA and PTFE. Each offers optimum performance in different temperature ranges, chemical environments or mechanical conditions.

  • Alkali environments (NaOH, KOH): PP or PVDF

  • Oxidizing chemicals (Cl₂, H₂O₂, ozone): PVDF or ECTFE

  • Solvents (Acetone, Toluene): PFA / PTFE

  • Salty or seawater: HDPE, PP-H

Pressure and Mechanical Strength
  • High pressure lines: PP-R, PVDF, PVC-C

  • Low pressure and drainage lines: PVC-U, HDPE

  • For rigid and long-lasting structures: PP-H and PVDF

APPLICATION AREAS
