Ceramic Industry Wastewater
Wastewater from raw materials used in ceramic production (clay, kaolin, feldspar), glaze and engobe preparation processes, mold washing and cleaning operations; contains high suspended solids, clay particles, alkaline pH and organic matter. Pre-treatment, precipitation and filtration stages are of critical importance.

Marble Industry Wastewater
Wastewater from marble cutting, polishing and processing processes; contains high concentrations of marble dust, cutting fluids, polishing materials and oil. Effective removal is achieved with physicochemical treatment (coagulation-flocculation) and precipitation processes.

Glass Industry Wastewater

Pre-treatment

Removal of coarse and floating materials with screens, grit chambers and oil separators

Physicochemical Treatment

Removal of suspended solids and heavy metals with coagulation-flocculation, neutralization and precipitation

Biological Treatment (If Necessary)

BOD and COD removal in wastewater containing organic matter with activated sludge or biofilm processes
