Our HDPE butt welding machines are fully automatic, PLC-controlled, sensor-supported intelligent welding systems used for joining large diameter pipes in the Ø1000 mm – Ø3000 mm range.
Each model is equipped with high-pressure hydraulic drive, thermal camera-supported temperature optimization and AI-supported welding inspection features. They have been developed to ensure the highest welding quality and full traceability in large-scale applications such as modern infrastructure projects, sea discharge lines, cooling water systems and industrial transport lines.

SMART WELDING PRINCIPLE

The system continuously measures environmental parameters such as air temperature, humidity, wind speed and material temperature. The PLC control unit analyzes this data and automatically adjusts welding parameters (heating time, pressure, cooling time, etc.) according to the DVS 2207-1 standard. Each welding operation is automatically recorded, analyzed and reported to the operator.

AI-SUPPORTED WELDING ANALYSIS

The system's integrated thermal and visual analysis module examines the thermal profile of the joint area during and after welding. This enables:

  • Improperly heated areas

  • Deformations due to excessive pressure

  • Insufficient melting or cooling errors

to be automatically detected. The AI algorithm compares with past welding data and marks potential defects on the operator screen. In addition, the system uses this data to optimize the cooling time in future welds, thus achieving minimum total welding time.
