These machines are used for safe, leak-proof and standards-compliant joining of HDPE pipes and fittings from Ø20 mm. The electrofusion welding method is the most reliable solution, especially in confined spaces, fitting connections and line assemblies requiring fully automatic control.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

EF welding machines heat the welding area to a certain temperature by sending controlled current to the electrical resistance wires on the pipe or fitting. This process ensures molecular-level bonding of the pipe and fitting.

The device reads the manufacturer's fitting barcode (ISO 13950 / EN 12201 compliant) and automatically adjusts voltage, duration and cooling time. This ensures that each welding operation is performed with repeatable quality, independent of human error.
