Plastic equipment used in industrial facilities is of critical importance in terms of system durability, operational safety, and chemical resistance. As PİLSAN, we manufacture from PP (Polypropylene), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) materials; producing systems with high chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance, long-lasting and leak-proof.
Our engineering approach is based on the principle that every manufacturing is not just about material; it requires design, analysis, production, and installation integrity. With this understanding, we conduct our production processes in accordance with international standards (DVS, EN, ISO, TSE), and evaluate every detail on a project-specific basis.

ENGINEERING PROCESS

Each project begins with detailed analysis in our engineering office:
  • Material selection according to usage environment (PP, HDPE, or PVC)

  • Determination of chemical resistance, temperature, and pressure conditions

  • Modeling of product geometry in CAD environment

  • Determination of welding, connection, and installation details


In the production stage, all pipes, tanks, fan housings, and special parts are joined with CNC-controlled cutting and welding techniques compliant with DVS 2207-1/11 standards. All plates and pipes used are certified European-origin raw materials, and the production process is recorded with a traceability system.

QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTS

Each manufacturing goes through the following test stages before delivery:

DELIVERY DOCUMENTS
After manufacturing, test certificates, material analysis documents, welder certificates, and quality reports are delivered to the customer along with the project file.
