Every industrial facility is different, so every solution cannot be standard. As PİLSAN, we develop completely custom design and production solutions according to project needs. ENGINEERING-FOCUSED DESIGN PROCESS

Each custom manufacturing project begins with data from the field. First, the system's fluid type, temperature, chemical content, pressure, and mechanical load conditions are analyzed.
Based on these analyses, the material to be used (PP, HDPE, or PVC), wall thickness, welding type, and connection method are determined. Our design team models the project in 3D in a CAD environment, simulating all details before assembly. In this process, geometric compatibility, assembly ease, maintenance access, and safety criteria are evaluated together. When necessary, prototype production is carried out, and the final design is submitted for technical approval before moving to the production stage.

PRODUCTION AND WELDING TECHNOLOGIES

Our production is carried out with welding technologies compliant with DVS 2207 and EN ISO 15494 standards. Each welding operation is performed by certified welding operators; after the process, visual inspection, measurement, and leak tests are applied. In our manufacturing facility, production can be carried out at every scale, from small laboratory-type devices to large process equipment up to 10 m in diameter. Cutting, welding, and assembly operations are carried out on CNC-controlled machines, within tolerance limits.

QUALITY AND DOCUMENTATION

The production process of each custom manufacturing is tracked digitally. Raw material lot numbers, welder identities, test reports, and measurement records are collected in the project file.
Upon product delivery to the customer:

  • Material certificates (EN 10204 – 3.1)

  • Welding certificates

  • Test and quality control reports

  • Assembly and usage instructions
