PUMPING STATIONS
For safe transport of water, wastewater, process liquids, or chemical flows, correct pump station design is required. As PİLSAN, we design, manufacture, and commission pumping and pump stations from HDPE, PP, and GRP materials.
Our systems are not just pumping units; they are built on hydraulic design, mechanical strength, and long-lasting operation principles.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Each pumping station project begins primarily with hydraulic calculations. Flow rate (Q), discharge head (H), pipe diameter, losses, suction-discharge difference, and system pressures are analyzed in detail. Based on these analyses, pump type, motor power, material selection, and control strategy are determined.
Main Criteria We Use in the Design Phase:
  • Hydraulic efficiency: Maximum performance with minimum energy consumption

  • Suction conditions: Prevention of cavitation

  • Material suitability: Chemical and temperature resistance

  • Maintenance access: Easy access to pumps, valves, and measurement devices

  • Leak-proofing: 100% watertight at all connection points

Our stations are produced as single-piece modules with PP or HDPE housing. This structure is an alternative that is much lighter, corrosion-free, and maintenance-free compared to reinforced concrete shafts.

PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY

Each pump station is produced modularly according to project specifications. The station whose manufacturing is completed in the factory;
1. Assembly

Pump, valves, platform, connection lines, and sensors are mounted together

2. Shipment

Shipped to the site as a single piece

3. Installation

After foundation excavation and ground improvement are completed, it is lowered into place and hydraulic tests are performed

Load distribution is provided with HDPE base plate, gravel fill, and geotextile underlay. Connections are made.

AUTOMATION AND CONTROL

Modern systems do not just operate; they monitor themselves. All PİLSAN pump stations can be equipped with automatic level control, pressure monitoring, and remote alarm notifications.
