As PİLSAN, we design, manufacture and install process lines from HDPE, stainless steel and carbon steel materials in accordance with the needs of production facilities in different sectors on a turnkey basis.
Wide Diameter Range and High Precision
Our ability to install pipeline systems with high precision places us in a unique position in the industry. All lines, including process water, chemical, steam, condensate, air and drainage lines, are designed with material selection according to pressure class, temperature and environmental conditions.
Engineering Calculations and 3D Modeling
Every project begins with detailed engineering calculations and field measurements. Data collected from the field with GPS and Total Station measurement devices is modeled in 3D in digital environment. In closed or complex facilities, the entire pipe route is scanned with millimeter precision using LIDAR laser scanning technology and modeled in computer environment. This eliminates the risk of lines colliding with existing equipment before installation.
Welding Technologies and Quality Assurance
The welding technologies we use (TIG, MIG, butt-weld, electrofusion), NDT inspections (radiography, penetrant, ultrasonic testing) and field quality assurance procedures guarantee that the installation will serve long-lasting and safely. Every weld, measurement and installation step is digitally recorded; thus, full traceability and quality assurance are provided.
